In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Showme AB. "You" means the person using shoWMe and, if you use it for a company or group, that company or group too.

2. These terms

When you create an account, you tick a box to agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data. We record which version you agreed to and when. If you do not accept these terms, do not use shoWMe.

If you accept these terms for a company or group, you confirm that you may do so.

3. The service

shoWMe helps venues, promoters, performers, agents and crew plan and run live events. You can keep a calendar, send and answer booking requests, agree deals, plan budgets, run the schedule for the night, and settle up afterwards.

Some features depend on your account kind and plan. We may add, change or remove features over time.

4. Accounts

• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Each account has one kind (operator, performer, agent, or team and crew), chosen at sign-up.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• A profile's owner decides who else can use it and with what role. The owner is responsible for the people they add.

5. Plans and early access

shoWMe is in early access. Free plans are available. Paid plans and their prices are shown on our website.

We will tell you the price and how payment works before we charge you anything. During early access, some features may be unfinished or change.

6. Money between users

• shoWMe records and calculates money. It does not move money. We do not hold, receive or pay out funds for you, and we are not a bank or payment provider.
• A settlement in shoWMe shows who owes whom. The parties make the payments themselves, outside shoWMe.
• Check every figure before you rely on it. shoWMe is not tax, legal or accounting advice.
• Exchange rates shown in your own display currency are for information only. The rate used for a settlement is fixed when the settlement is finalised.

7. Deals between users

Agreements made in shoWMe are between the users who make them. We are not a party to them. We are not responsible for whether a show happens, whether someone pays, or for any dispute between users. Sort these out with each other directly.

8. Your content

• You keep the rights to what you add to shoWMe, such as text, photos, videos, files and setlists.
• You give us permission to store, copy and display it as needed to run shoWMe: to show it to the people you work with, to the people you share it with, and on public pages you publish. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies we must keep (see the Privacy Policy) and short-lived backups.
• Only add content you have the right to use.

9. Public profiles and pages

Profiles are private until you publish them. Once published, a profile and its public events can be seen by anyone on the web. You choose what goes on it. Crew profiles cannot be published for now.

10. Information about other people

When you add other people to shoWMe, such as contacts, crew, audience lists or invitees, you must have a lawful reason to do so. Only share someone's phone number or email with others if they have agreed to it.

11. Acceptable use

Do not:

• give false or misleading information, or pretend to be someone else;
• send spam or unwanted booking requests;
• use shoWMe for anything unlawful;
• try to reach data you have not been given access to;
• disrupt or overload the service, or scrape it.

If several users report your booking requests as spam, your profile may be stopped from sending new ones automatically.

12. Other services

Some features connect to other services, such as Google sign-in and Google Calendar. Their own terms apply to them. You can disconnect them at any time.

13. Availability

We work to keep shoWMe running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it for maintenance or to fix problems.

14. Liability

shoWMe is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for:

• lost income, profit or business;
• indirect or consequential loss;
• mistakes in figures you did not check;
• disputes between users;
• interruptions to the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

15. Ending your use

• You can stop using shoWMe at any time. You can delete your account yourself in Settings, under Your data, or by emailing info@showme.music.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we will tell you why first.
• When an account is deleted, what you shared with other people, such as events, agreements and settlements, stays available to them, showing "Deleted user" instead of your name. The Privacy Policy explains this.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new date. If a change matters to you, we tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect, and the app asks you to agree to the new version. If you do not accept them, stop using shoWMe and delete your account.

17. Governing law

Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the Swedish courts, with Helsingborg as the place of jurisdiction.
